Old Home Place
On a downtown rocky hillside in an Ozark Mountain small town, we found our dream house in 2006: a simple, unrenovated 1916 foursquare built by a hardware store owner and his wife.
We live here now, with our two young kids and old MinPin, and are slowly transforming the house and making it our own while respecting its original features and layout.
It's a lifestyle that's definitely not for everyone, but it's perfect for us. We're the third owners, and hope to follow in the both previous owners' steps by spending 40 plus years here ourselves.
